In the case of cancellation made up to 2 working days prior to the order date of placing indent by you, a 5% processing charge of total order/indent value the will be levied on the net amount excluding prevailing taxes before refunding. All refunds will be processed after the deduction of any outstanding on account of any present / future tax liability/ incidental expenses incurred by us for accepting/processing your indent , adjustment of any outstanding and written communication /notice on our registered address. All refund will be made manually through cheques/ DD/Banker’s Cheques and transaction costs (if any) will be borne by the payer. There will be no electronic reversal/refund of payments
